19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

1. I believe that my business will help me build up my organization skills. It will also strengthen my skills with dealing with people. I will have to persuade people and explain to them how my app will benefit them the most. It will be. big part making me a better business person.

2. The unmet need will the availability of and access of finding parking. This app will help navigate people to certain parking spots and save them time. I know it will be a big help because people will save time and money finding parking.

3. The type of customer. am selling it are companies that have parking lots. Places that have large amounts of traffic coming in and out will benefit with the app. People need a place to put their car, and don't want to spend a lot of time looking for a spot.

4.They care because the more traffic coming into their company the more money is made. There is more opportunities for people ton make money and more people can learn about their company.

5. What makes my idea stand out s that there are no apps made for this yet. I believe that wis will change how people drive. There is similar technology made for this but it is not connected to IOS or android devices yet.

I think that the five elements are cohered. The business starts with a map. There is a problem at first then it is solved with an idea then the idea has users and is explained by how they are benefited by the solution. Eery element is essential and it helps to think about to solve a problem with an idea. If things don't work out then it it showed in the map and the adjustments that need to be done will help.

Memo:

1. I will need to set up a way to figure out how to make real time updates.
2. I need to ensure that there are not people fighting over a certain spot

    Hi Tommy,
    I enjoyed reading your second idea napkin as it allowed me to grasp a better understanding of your product. You seem to know a lot about your parking app and how it will benefit society. It is wise that you see improvements that still need to be made with your app. Improvements such as figuring out how to have up to date times with your app and make sure people are not arguing over spots. Through cameras and GPS sensing I believe updates on the parking will be possible.

    I think your idea is interesting because me and you have similar ideas.I saw that you said you are very good at persuading people, which I think is a very essential skill to have when selling to people, especially in a college town with so many people our age. I think the parking idea is always an important one in a college town because there could always be more parking to convenience everyone.

24A – Venture Concept No. 1 My parking app 1. The opportunity that I took advantage of is the problem with finding parking in laces that have a high demand in parking. These are places that have a lot of traffic of vehicles coming in and out of an area. Some of the forces that helped me come up with this idea is that I go to a school that has little to no parking. This is a great app that I came up with because it will help identify parking spots and it will save time. It is something that people hate and get irritated about. The main target at the moment for me are college campuses. This is essential because it helps people who go to the college and people who are just visiting. 2A – Bug List I hate going to the gym and the gym is dirty, as in the weights are not re racked. Some people are just very lazy and think that someone else will do it for them. Going to cook a meal and the dishes that I need to use are dirty in the sink.  I usually use some dishes that I can use for dinner for lunch. When dinner comes along I have to do the dishes before I can cook and this hinders me.  My roommate does not do his dishes He is lazy ans cooks very little compared to me, he claims he will do it later but later is way too long for me and I need the sink space.  Streaming the soccer game and getting it in another language.
