20A – Growing Your Social Capital

Industry:
1. They are people who run a large or semi large business. It is usually a manager.
2. The domain expert
3. I found them through my job in Aramark
4. nothing back he was interested in how far I could take this.
5. They have a lot of knowledge and can pass it onto me and I can find the opportunities in the industry.

Market:
1. Keith and Henrietta McBee. Marketing and UF boosters
2. Market expert
3. They are UF boosters that know everything and everything about UF. they can teach me about UF.
4. There is no favor. They would just like to help me a lot to see my future do well.
5. This will help me help the University I go to an apply it to other places.

Supplies:
1. Manager at Aramark
2. Supplier
3. Met them at work and explained to me the local problems
4. They can introduce me to Aramark workers that deal with marketing I know Ashley and she can help me with marketing schemes
5. They can show me scheme and ways to market just like they do for the food plans. They can also help me out a may be partner with me.

Reflection: This really helped me network and find people that can help me. Lastly, this is great for my people skills and coordinating with people.

    I enjoyed reading your post about growing your social capital. It seems like you have a lot of great networking opportunities through your job at Aramark. It is amazing that you are already making personal relationships with these individuals as they could benefit you greatly. It is also very cool that you have connections with Gator Boosters. I also know some Gator Boosters and most of them are die hard Gator fans and want to see all Gators succeed. That is awesome that you stepped out of your comfort zone to speak to these people.

    I think you are definitely set for marketing connections and opportunities. Knowing the local problems as explained from a local is certainly a beneficial thing to keep in mind since they work full time in Gainesville. I also think communicating with the school staff and getting insight from them is definitely beneficial because they are also always looking to how they can expand parking for college students. I think this idea in Gainesville has a of potential to be a successful one.
