This will help with developing the app and knowing how to put it on the IOS market.

This helps because they will be supportive of me and they can help me create a team to start with the real time feature and keep it updated.

This can help me know how to market my product and get sponsors.
9. My girlfriend is a telecom major.
She can help me with finding ways to advertise my app. Starting with the radio station.

This will help with the designing of my app. IT will help it be aesthetic and it will grow faster.
IMPORTANT: The most important detail I believe I got is me being a UF student. I am a third- year now and I know the lifestyle on campus. I know the parking very well. I have never got a ticket. I can make this app very student friendly.

Hi Tommy, I enjoyed going through your list and I think you chose a lot of good strengths that would help your startup succeed. The one thing I would improve is that you did not do a VRIN analysis for each point. You mainly explained why each one was valuable, which you did very well. However, you did not explain how they were rare, inimitable, or non-substitutable. I agree that being a UF student is a big advantage for your startup, and I can see why you chose this as your venture's unfair advantage.
