28A – Your Exit Strategy

 1. I plan on keeping my business and growing it. I love what I made. It was a great idea and through my interviews it seems like people really like it and it would be helpful.I would like to grow it and move it across early all campuses for college and places outside of college campuses. 

 2. I am very interesting it because it helps people with a problem that everyone struggles with. This is something that can help a lot of people, not just myself. I really like my idea and how it can help a lot of people and possibly their finances and the environment. 

 3. My way of exit strategy is to have people notice my business and invest in it. I want people to be able to recognize it and have updates to enhance it. This then will have more people interested I it and people would want to use it or enhance it in both ways.

    Hi Tommy, I enjoyed reading about your exit strategy and the other long-term plans for your company. I definitely agree that your parking app is a good idea. I do wonder if you would plan to pass it down, or if you would just like to sell it when you retire. I think you needed to explain why you chose this exit strategy in your second paragraph. Then, in the third paragraph, I think you needed to explain how this exit strategy affected the other decisions you made planning your venture, which you did not do.

24A – Venture Concept No. 1 My parking app 1. The opportunity that I took advantage of is the problem with finding parking in laces that have a high demand in parking. These are places that have a lot of traffic of vehicles coming in and out of an area. Some of the forces that helped me come up with this idea is that I go to a school that has little to no parking. This is a great app that I came up with because it will help identify parking spots and it will save time. It is something that people hate and get irritated about. The main target at the moment for me are college campuses. This is essential because it helps people who go to the college and people who are just visiting. This also goes along with workers as well, along with students. I really liked to add the aspect of football game-days. This will really help. 2A – Bug List I hate going to the gym and the gym is dirty, as in the weights are not re racked. Some people are just very lazy and think that someone else will do it for them. Going to cook a meal and the dishes that I need to use are dirty in the sink.  I usually use some dishes that I can use for dinner for lunch. When dinner comes along I have to do the dishes before I can cook and this hinders me.  My roommate does not do his dishes He is lazy ans cooks very little compared to me, he claims he will do it later but later is way too long for me and I need the sink space.  Streaming the soccer game and getting it in another language. Some soccer games are in another country and English is not always provided.  Going to scoot and the scooter won't turn on, I have to kick start it.  When is sits at an angle the scoot's gas rumples around.
